- If you are a client of the exchange and want to ask a question or solve a problem, please contact us only via tickets (help section in your personal account). All customer questions (except for questions about restoring access to the account) are resolved only through tickets.
- If you are a client of the exchange and cannot log in to your account for reasons such as: loss of Google 2FA, IP blocking, or any other reason, send a request to email@example.com, describing your problem in detail. Requests to restore access are accepted only from the e-mail address where the account is registered.
